“We hebben onze trouwkaarten laten drukken bij Kiki en we waren erg blij met het snelle handelen en de drukservice. Daarnaast kregen we volledige pakketten van de trouwuitnodigingen, waardoor de verzending ook een stuk sneller kon. Kiki is heel fijn in contact en denkt heel fijn mee!”

FAQ seating chart

Do we need a seating chart or can guests just pick their own seats?

It depends on how smooth you want things to go.

  • Without a chart: fun but often chaotic, with empty chairs or guests wandering
  • With a chart: everyone finds their spot easily, no confusion
  • Flexible option: assign tables but let guests choose their seats

Does Studio Kiki Elise offer personalised seating charts?

Yes! Our seating charts can be fully tailored with:

  • Your guest list & table arrangement
  • Colours, layout & size preferences

Simply reach out via our contact form. We will design a chart that perfectly fits your vision.

What’s the difference between a seating chart and place cards?

  • Seating chart: Large display at the entrance, guiding guests to their table
  • Place cards: Set at the table, assigning specific seats
  • Both combined: Guests find their table with the chart and place cards keep seating organized

Should we list names alphabetically or by table?

  • Alphabetical order: Guests find their names quickly, no confusion
  • By table: Shows who is seated together. Ideal if you have grouped friends or family
  • Best of both: Use a table-based chart and keep an alphabetical list, handy

Where should the seating chart be placed at the venue?

Place it at the entrance of the reception and later at the dining area, where guests arrive. Ensure there is enough space around it to avoid bottlenecks.
