For custom-made items, such as invitations, signage, and menus, we begin working on your order as soon as it is placed.

• If you need to cancel your order before completing your questionnaire or providing us with your design details, we will issue a refund minus a 5% fee to cover our costs and time involved.
• If you wish to cancel your order after submitting your design details but before printing, meaning you've received your first proof, we will refund 50% of the total order value.
• Once your order has gone to print, we are unfortunately unable to cancel or refund the order, as each item is specifically crafted for you.

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot offer returns after purchase. However, in exceptional circumstances, such as receiving a faulty order, incorrect product, or items that do not meet the promised specifications, we may issue a refund at our discretion.
