Something is not right?
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email info@studiokikielise.com with photos within 48 hours. We will work with you to make it right.

Order cancellations:

• Before sending your questionnaire/details: Full refund minus a 5% processing fee
• After sending your details but before printing: 50% refund
• After printing has started: Unfortunately, cancellation is not possible
